Consortium

KH leads overall project management and the coordination of the project activities and financial
affairs. It leads Project Management Group; whose regular meetings facilitate shared decision
making. Emails, video conferences, digital platform, Google meet are used for reciprocal
communication between the meetings.
It participates in the Internal Quality Control and Dissemination groups and utilizes its wide
national and regional network in particular, to disseminate and enhance the sustainability of the
Project
The KH leads the WP7-Management. It manages financial payments and interactions between
the project and funding body, and travel and other administrative tasks within the project. It
monitors project activities and dissemination of project outcomes and provides timely reports to
the funding body.
During the Project, the KH ensures the physical space for the establishment of the SIAHDPC and
provides its expertise in health/rehabilitation science and Life-Long Learning.
