Kick-off seminar and reaching common understanding, February 2021
Heimerer College, in partnership with ten local and international organizations and institutions, funded by the European Union’s Erasmus + Program, is setting up a Student-run Interdisciplinary Allied Health
Practice Center. The purpose of establishing this Digital Center is to enhance the virtual and mixed reality practice-oriented education in allied health sciences through lifelong-learning (LLL), in line with the Bologna process and collaboration with rehabilitation/health providers, ministries and national industry.
This Digital Interdisciplinary Center will provide strategic partnerships, where as a result of this partnership will be created a new Digital Center for Kosovo, for students and health professionals, which will provide ICT and Digital skills, new pedagogical approaches and collaboration between relevant actors.
The official launch of the project took place on February 15,18,22,23, 2021, at 09:00 CET. Regarding the Covid-19 restrictions, meeting was held online in Google Meet.
This project is funded by the European Union’s Erasmus + Program and includes a consortium of 11partners, including 7 local and 4 European partners.
Establishing and maintaining the project website
The project website is established to disseminate project activities and results at local, regional, national and international levels. WP6 leading partner in collaboration with the coordinator and the partner Milky Way Creative and with the support of all other partners have established the website of the project: www.siahdpc.com . There were many online and in person meetings regarding with the content of the website and how the tasks and results should be published. The website contains main page with the partner info, work packages, results, new and gallery. Website will be the main channel for presenting the ongoing and up-coming developments of the project.
The website will be regularly updated and accessible for all stakeholders including partners, students and
the wider public.
Co-defining common understanding of key concepts (Online workshop)
Description and agreement on the key concepts will be co- constructed in collaboration with all partners
and published on the digital platform. Key concepts include the competences, methods and tools to be
developed during the project in collaboration with all partners. There were organized an online workshop
on development of Key concepts. All partner’s representatives were participating. During this workshop,
organized by the coordinator Hemierer College and leaded by Metropolia University, was discussed how
key concepts are related, who use them, how the key concept handbook will be used. There were
presented the first draft of key concepts. Also Metropolia university presented the roadmap, where all the
process with go on and divided works in smaller groups in order to complete this task.
